3D Training to Promote Traditional Manufacturing Sectors – Plus (3aDitional+)

The 3aDitional project aims to provide training in additive manufacturing (3D printing) for the footwear, toy, and jewellery sectors, which are predominantly made up of small and medium-sized enterprises with limited access to advanced technology. With an aging and sometimes undertrained workforce, these industries face challenges in adopting modern prototyping techniques. The project seeks to bridge the generational gap by integrating experienced traditional workers into the digital manufacturing landscape, promoting innovation, sustainability, and business modernization through targeted training programs.
