MindGuard Project Hosts Transnational Partner Meeting in Dublin

The consortium of the MindGuard Project held its Transnational Partner Meeting on 24–25 November 2025, hosted by University College Dublin (UCD) in Ireland. Partners convened both in person at the UCD Village Building and online via Zoom, engaging in two days of structured dialogue and collaborative planning.

The programme opened with a welcome session and a guided campus tour, after which discussions turned to core project activities. Under WP1, partners reviewed project management updates, financial compliance, and risk mitigation measures. Work under WP2 continued with an examination of draft sections of the Transnational Research Report, leading to agreement on the steps required for its finalisation.

In the afternoon, attention shifted to WP3, where UNIC led exchanges on content guidelines for the upcoming training programme and the organisation of pilot activities planned for 2026. A significant portion of the meeting focused on WP4: UCD and all partners presented progress on the development of VR scenarios for the project’s innovative training platform, shared feedback, and identified outstanding tasks before deployment.

The second day began with UCD showcasing a first VR scenario and gathering partner feedback to guide further refinement. The agenda then moved to dissemination strategy, KPIs, and sustainability measures under WP5, steered by All Digital and CARDET360.

The meeting concluded with a summary of agreed actions, an open discussion on next steps, and closing remarks. Participants were afterwards invited to join an optional tour of Dublin, marking the end of a productive and forward-looking gathering.
