DIGITALLI – Digital Strategies for Lifelong Learning Institutions

The DIGITALLI project aims to address the increasing gap between the demand for and supply of digitally competent workforces. Its primary goal is to empower lifelong learning and adult education institutions to implement digital transformation strategies effectively. This initiative fosters resilience among adults to adapt to rapid technological and labor market changes, leveraging frameworks such as DigCompOrg, DigCompEdu, and the European Digital Skills Certificate. Through innovative tools like a Toolkit, a Digital Transformation Expert System, and an in-service Training Programme, DIGITALLI seeks to modernize teaching practices and organizational strategies while promoting AI integration.
